2. Make your payment.

3. You’ll receive confirmation from us that we have received your payment.

4. We’ll also ask that you send us your existing CV (if you have one – no matter how outdated it is), and we’ll ask for details of the sort of jobs you wish to apply for, and the organisations you are interested in working for.

5. Once we have received your existing CV and the job description your looking at applying for, we’ll start drafting your new documents, the actual writing of your resume takes around 5 – 10 BUSINESS days. If we have any questions during this time, we’ll be in touch by email initially. We appreciate that sometimes it can be easier to talk through things, and if this is the case, we’ll arrange to do so at a mutually convenient time.

6. The first draft of your documents is returned to you 5 – 10 days later. At this time, we ask that you respond with any edits or amendments required ASAP and within 5 business days of receiving your first draft.

Please keep in mind that the development of your documents, and this time frame includes multiple stages, the timing for which is only locked in when we receive your responses:

1) Sector / target employer / keyword research;
2) Drafting of your documents;
3) Editing and quality control with a blind review by another writer on the team who has not yet seen your documents who reviews them through the eyes of a recruiter;
4) Proof-reading

When the first draft of your documents is returned to you, we ask that you respond with any edits or amendments required ASAP. All clients are entitled to 2 rounds of edits, and the first round of amendments and edits must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your first draft. If no edits or amendments are requested during this time (as is the case for 95% of our clients), we assume you are satisfied with your documents and we will close off your project.

7. If edits are required, we turn them around ASAP.

8. Your final documents are returned to you, ready for you to chase the job/client/prospect/customer of your dreams!
